Article Writing

I have put off writing in my blog because I guess the simple reason was I hadn’t thought of anything that “tripped my trigger.”

Well if you have been reading my other posts you know that Dixie Brown has been my mentor for this thing called internet marketing or what I am trying to do is affiliate marketing. Without knowing how to do any of this internet marketing, even though I have been to some seminars like Matt Bacak’s on Internet Marketing I didn’t have the slightest clue as to how to writing blogs, ezine articles, and getting into groups and now something new I just learned is about social networking (wow, has my brain been trying to shut down with all of this). Usually that is the case, my brain just shuts down and I don’t get anything done, but now for whatever reason I have decided not to let it do that to me. I said, Brain, I am in control and not you so just except the challenge because we are going to do what Dixie says.

So I have spent the day searching on ‘how to write articles’. Let me tell you I never thought I would ever be doing any of this writing, because I am one of those who sat beside the smartest kid in school (my cousin) and always felt dumb because the first day of Kindergarten he had to be the one to tell the teacher my name because for whatever reason I couldn’t do it and going through 13 years of having him next to my side wasn’t fun. Now let’s get back to ‘how to write an article’, I discovered that there are some very important things not to do and why not. I will just talk about the big one here.

In my research I found that maybe you need to start with “thinking obituaries” this is what an article about “How to Write Articles” on Wikihow says, “If you're new to writing, start small. Think obituaries,...” Now that one I couldn’t believe, that is something easy because most of the time other people write them for you, but my thought was that well that would probably be what I would be doing if I hadn’t done this little bit of research on writing ezine articles. I have found and what Dixie has pointed out to me is never copy anybody else’s words without identifying the source as to who or where it came from. Why that is is because that will automatically send you to an early grave in the writing field faster than anything you do. So DO NOT Plagiarize other peoples work. If you can’t think of another way to word it just drop it or reveal the source.

So I know I need to apologize to Jeff Wellman because of this I need to come clean and fess up to my mistake. Jeff I am sorry that I have copied some of your material and I promise to never do it again. Please forgive me. I have just started so I would really like to be around for a while to see where this could take me.

Just a thought here, it just dawned on me that in school it was against the rule to copy, but here we can copy as long as we identify the source. Now that is thought provoking. Maybe if I would have copied my cousin’s papers and just wrote his name at the bottom for the source of the material I could have gotten away with it. And then maybe not.

10 Basic Components to Writing an Article.

1. Do your research. There are many places you can go on the Internet to fine what you want to write about in just a matter of a few minutes.
2. Find a quit place to write.
3. Have an uncluttered place to write. (This is something I need to work on.)
4. Before starting take some deep relaxing breaths. Latter on I would like to describe an exercise that is great for this.
5. Start writing, let the pen flow. No need to make corrections now.
6. When you are finished go back and reread and start making corrections and deleting anything you feel doesn’t need to be there. Remember no fluff (no exaggerations, just good content).
7. Go back and reread several times again (could be as many as 40 times).
Remember to check to see that you marked all of your quotes and give your source if you did any copying. NO plagiarizing.
8. Use Spellcheck (very important).
9. Have someone else read your article to see if you missed anything and to get their thoughts and you keep rereading it also.
10. Now you are ready to turn your article into the article submitters, post it on your blog, make your newsletter or if you are writing for a newspaper or magazine your article should be ready to be submitted there.
Happy Article Writing.

Jeff Wellman and Team Work

Jeff Welllman! Who is Jeff Wellman, he is a man that has struck a chord with a few people that has been out there wondering around with no direction, without a path (you might call us the bag people of the internet) and he has said just a few words that has opened up a whole new world to those of us that had no direction.

Jeff is going to change the whole world of Internet marketing as well as change the lives of many people.

Now Jeff doesn’t know and won’t claim to know everything about Internet marketing. But what Jeff does know is where the person is that is out there trying to make something work on the internet, so they can have their own home based business that they have always dreamed of. He is so new at this (since May 2007) that he can still relate to us and he wants to help us to be able to make it happen.

He has opened my eyes to teamwork. Do you think about teamwork when it comes to Internet marketing? No Way, you think of competition, you think of setting in your own little cubicle trying to make those thousands of dollars a month that all the gurus say you can. You think of starring at the computer all day and all night trying to come up with that perfect niche ‘That rhymes with rich’. You think of self, self, and self. I got to do this all by myself. All I need is that one like CD system that will take me step by step to make this happen.

Well, Jeff has change all that. Now Internet marketing is going to be about developing a team. No more competition, no more being by yourself, no more hiding behind your computer, no more trying to fine that perfect ‘niche that rhythms with rich’. Now it is about teamwork. Get a support team, get on a team, and start making things happen.

What is a team? A team can be your mastermind group. A team can be anyone who cares about your success (not necessary your family). A team is a group of people that will support you and cause you to look at things differently. A team can make you fly. A team can be you and one other person or it can be many.

As I look back over my life now as I am reflecting on a team. I can see when I started in my life my team started with my parents and the Doctor, then it moved up to the school teachers, friends and school board, then it moved to my husband and me and all the people that we worked with in the farming committee and then when we home schooled it was other homeschool parents, but when we quit farming we lost our team, we lost our support system, we lost our focus and that is when we started flopping around going from one thing to another, spend all of our money going from one thing to the other thing and believing this is going to be the thing that will help us to strike gold.

But now this year and it has been the last half of the year that I started meeting people that have put their hand out and said follow me and we will help you to get your life moving in the right direction.
Jeff happens to be one of those people with his Millionaire Boss program. Through him and Dixie Brown that have aligned herself with what Jeff is doing; working together I think they are going to change the way Internet marketing is thought of.

So if you want to learn more about Jeff and see how you can aligned yourself with him and become a part of a team Click Here for more information.".

Thank you Jeff for helping this sick and desperate eagle to fine her wings and to start getting back on the runaway that will give her the strip to run towards a whole new life that will let her fly.

I Challenge you to get into a Mastermind Group

"A Master Mind Group is a specially selected collection of people who can work together in harmony to achieve individual goals.
A master-mind group consists of people who work together in absolute harmony to achieve diverse goals. While these people work in harmony, they may be very different from each other. The common element is that each draws something from the others, and each contributes freely to the group. It is the focusing of each mind on a common issue that triggers thoughts not readily available to one mind. Those in the group draw upon their unique experiences and specialized knowledge to help each other." I found this on Jo Condrill's website about her book "Mastermind Manual - How to form a Mastermind Group".
I thought she said what I was trying to say in very condensed wording.

I never knew anything about a mastermind group until a friend of mind said she was in one and it seemed it was very important to her and then I started hearing more about them and how important they were, I just realized that some of them come by different names such as Dream teams etc., but I figured it was for the people that was making lots of money and knew what they wanted to do until I got connected up with Jeff Wellman and he said he was going to form some Mastermind groups from the people that was on his calls. I knew I wanted to be in one just to find out what they were and how they could help me.

After reading Jeff Wellman's Millionaire Boss sales letter I wanted to give him a try and see if he delivered what he promised with the internet marketing thing and so I joined his teleseminars and emailed him several times crying about my state of affairs and he suggested I give the mastermind group a try.

So with much fear and tripadation I told Jeff count me in. My head started spinning so fast because the group started moving as soon as we got the names and I was like oh no these people mean business and I know nothing. There was many times I came so close to picking up the phone or emailing Jeff to say I can't do this, but I am so glad I overcame my own self talk and decided to at least try it and what I found is this:

  1. The people are very supportive.
  2. They are willing to help me.
  3. They have caused me to take action, because now I have someone to answer to.
  4. I can see I am going to have a better chance of reaching my goals.
  5. We have a great leader.
  6. Now I have the power to overcome my own self limitations.
  7. I can see the friendships I am building are going to be friendships for life even though I may never meet any of them face to face, we will know we can count on being there for each other.
  8. I am also getting to belong to something very special
  9. I will increase my self-mastery & leadership skills as I support and coach the other members.
  10. I can see that I will have more fun getting my project done because I have others cheering me on.

No matter what you are doing whether it is internet marketing, losing weight, or building a homebased business we all need a team to support us and that is what a mastermind group is.

So I challenge you to do some searching for yourself and build that team that can advance you on to your goals that you have no matter what they are.

The following quote I would like to leave you with is from Napoleon Hill, that says it all because even if we are students in school this is important, because we need a support system so lets get started calling up our team.

"Do not wait; the time will never be "just right." Start where you stand, and work with whatever tools you may have at your command, and better tools will be found as you go along." --Napoleon Hill

Millionaire Boss Blog

Hi this is Renita Farrall from the cornhusker state of Nebraska.

I want to share with you about a product that I found online that will change your life and flood your pocketbook with cold hard cash. This internet marketing product caught my eye because it was a former dairy farmer, that learned how to earn $104,349 in a single month on the internet. We are also x-farmers and that really peaked my interest since I haven’t had much success in the internet marketing field.

So with that bonding between us I kept reading and thought well maybe he has something here that I want. So as I read I found, and ya, this was huge for me, that he was actually willing to teach me how he made all that money in one months time marketing on the internet. As I read further into his sales letter he told me about a complete guide to success he has. 143 pages that will represent your freedom. Freedom to be your own boss…, Freedom to spend more time with your family…, Freedom to build your dreams…

He writes “I know exactly how excruciating the urgency for cash can be, because that’s where I was not too long ago. I can also tell you how deeply grateful I am that I‘m now in a position to give something back by sharing what I’ve learned with others. It’s not something I take lightly… which is why you’ll fine my very best work in this guide.”
You can feel Jeff's passion to be of help to all of us.

A few things that is in this guide are as follows:
· Fastest way to success
· Techniques help you be more confident to run your business
· How to have fun with your business by making a switch in strategy
· Tactics that will help you to be more profitable even with making mistakes.
· Increasing the perceived value of your products
· Being successful with proven, time-tested goal setting strategies
· How to get people to do what you don’t like to do…
· How to get over the thought that your business will only be successful for a little while…
· That is just the first 37 pages so just image what else would be in there.

I have had the opportunity to get to visit with Jeff, the product creator on the phone and I have found him to be as genuine as his letter sounds. He is honest and wants to be as much help to me has I want him to be. He has started several Mastermind groups in which I am in one and I am learning so much on internet marketing as well as learning that you can not do this alone that you need a team and this was huge for me.

If this has peaked your interest please Click Here for more information.

I will be back tomorrow and tell you more about the power of Mastermind groups and the value it adds to learning.
